The NewAge Human Resource Management Information System, a product of PT Karya Wahana Indonesia, is flexible, reliable, user friendly, Indonesian oriented and has been developed over the last twenty year by Charles Dean Conrad. The system is developed with R: BASE® 7.5 for Windows from R: BASE Technologies, Inc. Murrysville, Pennsylvania, USA. It is an Industrial-Strength, Multi-User, Multi-Platform, True-Relational Database Management System which is used worldwide.
The objective of in the development of the NewAge HRMIS is to provide the management of an organization with a system that could provide overall control of it human resources without a large personnel staff and with the ability of each manager to control his or her human resource assets.
The NewAge Human Resource Management Information System has 10 modules that provide an overall Human Resource control system from Recruitment to Termination. The system permits applicant data to submit via the Internet with e-mail responses to applicants as well as e-mail data for approval of human resource actions. The modules can be purchased in various configurations.
The core modules are the Personal Information and Payroll with the option of adding additional modules to expand the system into a robust HRMIS.
